Flavor is a mix of malts and sweet dark fruits. Lots of woody and earthy notes make an appearance as well as some hops on the swallow. Enjoying some Fun Lovin Criminals with the captain. Dark red color, nearly brown with a "ring" of off-white foam. The aroma is turbino sugar caramel, notes of dark fruits and distant spicy notes. The mouthfeel is a large amount of malt which makes for a rich, coating beer. The taste is toffee with a mid sourness at the finish. One of my earlier micro’s, but not really a regular beer.
