On tap at FoBAB ’07. A dark brown/red color. Fruity, oaky aroma. Flavor is oaky, slight alc, red fruit, bourbon. Thin to medium body, little carb. Pretty oaky and well aged.

Draught @ the brewery. Dark brown in color with shades of ruby. Aroma wasn’t quite as powerful as the non barrel aged version. Flavor profile was nicely balanced, but overly subtle and not very powerful. Didn’t seem like this was aged in bourbon long enough. It seemed to mute more flavors from the original beer than the wood added.
