On tap at the brewery. Poured a clear yellow-orange color with a 1/2 inch off-white head that faded to a thick layer and left some nice lacing. Aroma consists of a musty, earthy leafiness with some soft hints of fruit including soft grapefruit and some melon. Smooth, moderately sweet entry quickly leads into a lightly musty, leafy hoppiness that was followed by an interesting array of fruits as accurately described in the commercial description (soft grapefruit, tangy lime, and some melon) that followed into the moderately dry finish. Moderate carbonation and average mouth feel. Overall, a cool idea that produced some very interesting results. It certainly caters to a certain taste, but I found it to be an interesting departure.
