Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

Tap at the Red Room. Pours hazy yellow with little head. Smells of wet cardboard. Very thin wheat beer. Finishes crisp with citrus.

Cloudy yellow, moderate head, some lacing and retention. Aroma is wheat dominated and has some lesser notes of lemons. Lighter bodied. Not very interesting, but after a long day of driving this hit the spot.

12 oz. bottle. Starts with a slight chlorine smell that I can’t shake. Nice cloudy orange color, though. Lemony weizen taste, some sourness and a light mouthfeel. Can’t say I cared that much for it.

Bottle, courtesy my wife’s relatives in CO. Cloudy yellow with big white head. Nose of lemon, hay, metal, and some faint yeastiness. Flavor is somewhat tart lemon and light malt, with a slight drying yeast bite in the finish. Fairly tasty, but nothing to swoon over.

Another placemarker for a beer I’ve had many times but never fully rated. A very good unfiltered/cloudy wheat; great with a wedge of orange.

Naturally cloudy. Good wheaty aroma. Tingly palate. Sort of spicy. Easy drinker. Beter than avg. but nothing great. Sort of disappointed in this one. Didn’t find any citrus, banana or much else for that matter

Robe blonde claire surmontée d’une mousse blanche mince. Arômes de fruits rancis et de caramel. Saveurs de blé, de malt caramel, de levures et de houblon citronné.
