Clean mild palate, straddles the line between sweet and dry quite nicely. Lacks flavour, so it’s definately an American wheat. Palate cleans off really quickly. No real complaints, this is just a good example of a boring style. NYHarvey (2154), New York, New York, USA

Aroma is burnt grains and hair with some dusty notes and lighter hints of bannana. As it warms the bannana takers over the (burnt hair thankfully fades) and the grainy notes become less burnt and more toasty. This one definitely deserves many sniffs. The body is a pale gold and holds a diminishing white head that leaves clingy lace. Crisp fore. Some light grainy, yeasty notes. A hint of sweet cream and bannana. Very clean tasting with a nice grain accented finish. Very nice beer that I enjoyed far more than I’d thought I would. I’d drink lots of this as a session/summer beer. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Apr 2, 2007 Cute slight banana smell. No head and dark hazy straw color with floaties. Kinda ugly looking really. Tastes of malt and bananas with no hops. Kinda sweet, which is normally a turn off for me, but it works with this beer. Thick mouthfeel. Can feel some of the floaties. Not bad in and of itself, but the floaties really brought the score down. However, I assume, that this doesn’t normally happen. 5000 (2699), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 26, 2007 Draught @ Falling Rock Tap House: Dark straw, slight haze, very lively, large frothy white head, fairly nice lacing. Malted Wheat nose, pale breadiness. Glad to see no funk like other American Wheats. A tad bit of cereal on the tongue, wheaty, albeit somewhat pale. Clean, with a slight malted cereal finish. Light, Wheaty, clean, with a slight malt funk aftertaste. Tiz okay.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 10, 2007 Bright golden color with a light fizzy white head. Aside from the lack of head this is a very "pretty" beer. The aroma is lightly fruity and nutty. In flavor, more of a grainy sweetness appears and the fruitiness all but disappears. Could be a great beer for summers on the porch with a BBQ, as the flavors are subtle and mesh with anything. Overall, very drinkable and enjoyable when the beer isn’t the center of attention.
