Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

12 oz bottle via Arctic Liquors Beer of The Month Club. Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. Nose is bananna, vanilla, wheat. Taste is the same with a bit of spicness, perhaps some coriander. Light body. Moderate/high carbonation. Refreshing.

A 12 oz bottle with a best buy date in the label. The beer pours a cloudy yellow and visible sediment and a 2 finger white head. The smell is wheat and then a over powering yeast. The taste is bland and lacking any flavor. Hardly any carbonation to talk about. I am very disappointed in this beer

this is a wheat beer for sure. others here at the table seemed to like it, but it was not for me. Just another American wheat, never to be compared to the German variety.

Bottle. Poured a merky golden color no head. Has a cotton candy aroma to it. Also has a citrus after taste.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium and cloudy / murky yellow color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of yeast, wheaty (almost bready), citrus, and earthy. Tastes of wheat, lemons, and light yeast. Has a semi-tart finish.

Bottle: It’s got a bit of haze and honey color with a thinnish pale white head. Smells yeasty with a note of clove and citrus. The yeast really comes through in the flavor, with a hint of grapefruit. A standard, true example of the style.

Draught. A nice looking wheat. Fuzzy yellow with a big foaming head. Lemons and coriander as expected. Tart and refreshing.

12 oz bottle. Pours a glowing hazy dirty yellow with a fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is lemoney wheat.

The flavor is a little citrus with a grainy earthy wheat flavor. It has a lightly bitter citric finish. The mouthfeel is medium with soft carbonation and is a little watery.

Overall, I don’t really care for American wheat beers, but this is a well done version. I’m happy to grab it at places where more adventurous micros aren’t available.
