The beer pours a cloudy yellow and visible sediment and a 2 finger white head. The smell is wheat and then a over powering yeast. The taste is bland and lacking any flavor. Hardly any carbonation to talk about. I am very disappointed in this beer dwyerpg (2537), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 30, 2006 Bottle: It’s got a bit of haze and honey color with a thinnish pale white head. Smells yeasty with a note of clove and citrus. The yeast really comes through in the flavor, with a hint of grapefruit. A standard, true example of the style. hepburn82 (141), Scotland
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 26, 2006 Draught. A nice looking wheat. Fuzzy yellow with a big foaming head. Lemons and coriander as expected. Tart and refreshing. Beaver (598), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 11, 2006 12 oz bottle. Pours a glowing hazy dirty yellow with a fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is lemoney wheat.
The flavor is a little citrus with a grainy earthy wheat flavor. It has a lightly bitter citric finish. The mouthfeel is medium with soft carbonation and is a little watery.
Overall, I don’t really care for American wheat beers, but this is a well done version. I’m happy to grab it at places where more adventurous micros aren’t available.
