Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours weak and uninspired, with little head and no body. Smells of cotton candy. Very hoppy and earthy flavor, not what I’d expect from a wheat beer. Medium mouthfeel. As an American Pale, it’s good. As a wheat, well, it’s a wheat in name only.

Rich, cloudy yellow color. Strong citrus aroma, lemony with a hint of orange. Mild flavor, a little bland. Clean taste with no aftertaste at all.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 30 Sep) Yellow colour, hazy. White, disappearing, head. Fruity, estery nose with pineapple and banana. Fruity taste with a sweetish wheat character, notes of pineapple, citrus and banana. Spicy, sweetish finish. Fresh taste, easy to drink, quite enjoyable.

Draft at The Hornet on 8/20/06. Cloudy, yellowish orange. No head on this pour - layer of foam, not really any lacing. Aroma - Not strong at all. Tiny bit of wheat. Little hint of lemon. Flavor - a little up front bitterness / sharpness. Some little wheaty flavors, sort of balanced. Some citrusy, lemony, orangy flavors. Dry, crisp, sharp finish. Not a ton of flavor. Palate - light, average carb. Overall - Just OK. Maybe served a little too cold, but just not a ton of flavor or aroma. Nothing bad, just not that exciting. Generally not crazy about this style, but I’ve found some I like - This isn’t really one of them.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is dishwater. Flavour of wheat and very much citrus fruits. Pleasant wheat and caramel in finish & aftertaste. Refreshing, but nothing very special.

Bottled. Pale yellow, small white head. Leather and banana esters in the aroma. Malty, leathery, wheaty, balanced, but light wheat beer. Good for sessions.
