Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

(Stockholm Beer Festival 2006) Hazy yellow/orange. Fruity citric aroma. Wheat flavor, citrus, some hops. Quite mild finish and maybe a bit thin.

[Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Cloudy pale yellow. Vanilla and vegetables in the nose. Medium sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. No bitterness. Passes by without catching much attention, but works as a thirst quencher.

Thin, craggy head that quickly fades away. Heartland yellow. Grassy, yeasty nose. Smooth and creamy with a dry finish. Appetizing.

Nice hazy golden color. Not too sweet, but definatley a cirtus flavor. Is fairly light and smooth, making this one of the more popular micros on tap in Fo Co.

My kind of beer. On draft in Denver. A nice unfiltered wheat that tasted great with a wedge of orange. Reminds me a lot of one of my favorite beer’s...Bell’s Oberon. Fruity with some citrus taste and light. Not an overly sweet wheat, but sweet enough. No head.

Hmm-two Wheats in a row that I don’t hate. How odd... Bottled, with thannks to Slothgar T! First reaction: "It’s got crap floatin’ in it!" (Not that I think that’s a bad thing, it’s just been a while since I had anything this sedimenty that wasn’t a Merlot). Thick head with a mild nose. Opaque and orangy-golden ("topaz," I think). Bready and toasted/burnt. Should have read the pourimng directions on the bottle before pouring.

Got this one bottled, thank you <a href = "http://www.ratebeer.com/View-User-19511.htm& Light orange pour, with a very thick white head, mild nose, very interesting, orange and clove and cinnamon toast. Unusual, but very good.

Bottled. Best before 12.26.06. Beer is a light, bright copper with a tiny, white, frothy, mostly and rapidly diminishing head. Pretty blank to the nose. The aroma is malty with a light note of toasted grain and a light note of cornflake; Hoppy with a hint of honeysuckle, resin/pine; Yeasty with a trace cheesy note. The flavor is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, lightly acidic with a long, moderately acidic, lightly sweet finish. Husky retros. The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is fizzy. Totally forgettable.
