Some wheat and yeast, but its a little muttled and theres not much there. Taste is the same. Not a great wheat by any means, but its not offensive either. Thaichile (599), 10aFly, New Jersey, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jun 22, 2006 Bottle. Pours a smidge hazy yellow/gold with no much of a head. Aroma is grains, a little skunky. Flavor is thin, slight citrus flavors and wheat mustiness. I am coming to the conclusion that American Wheats are not my thing. Thanks to jhammerly for the bottle. uglyblond1 (174), Nebraska, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 21, 2006 Cloudy golden beer. Aroma has a slight fruit essence, but mostly faint grain. Flavor has a little wheat funk that I don’t like. Otherwise, a mellow bland flavor with a little light hop background. Wheat funk finish. ebarnes (220), Indianapolis, Indiana, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 7, 2006 This is a really great unfiltered wheat beer. Definitely my favorite local Fort Collins wheat. Great looking cloudy, yellow-orange color with fine sediments. Tangy, slightly citrus and crisp notes with a great palate and mellow finish. I think Easy Street beats New Belgium’s Sunshine wheat hands down. This is a great beer sipping on a hot day or drinking heavily with friends. You can serve this one with a wedge or slice of orange for an extra citrus kick, but it’s great all by itself. Everyone who’s a wheat fan should try this micro. glkaiser (1173), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 5/5 | 12/20 | May 8, 2006 12-ounce bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a white head that turns into big sticky lace. Not much on the nose, but plenty of lemon and tang on the tongue. There’s a nice rawness to the mouthfeel, and a good breadth to the body. The flavor is really just a good start, though--everything else is there; with some complexity to the flavor and the nose this could be a pretty good beer. waolsen (1224), Littleton, Colorado, USA
