Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

Awesome...THE best wheat beer that I’ve ever had. Pop a slice of lemon in the glass and you’ve got a great summer treat...although I’d get this year-round.

Cloudy darker gold with a hint of orange. The white head dissipates quickly. The aroma is canned peaches with some bread. There is also an earthy sweaty note. The taste has some light potatoes along with some light clove spice in the finish. There is a light hint of pears in the taste. A light crisp mouthfeel. A decent version of an American Wheat.

The bottle poured a slightly hazy light yellow beverage with a small white, fizzy head. The head was mostly diminishing and left little lacing on the glass. The aroma was slightly earthy and bready with notes of citrus. The body was medium-light with lively carbonation and a watery texture. The flavor started off slightly sweet with definite bread and earth presence. There was also some citrus in the background. The finish was medium-long and somewhat bitter.

Light golden color with haziness. Good head from the tap that lingered for a while. The aroma was citrusy but not overwhelming. The flavor was good with a slight maltiness and wheat flavor present. Mouthfeel was pleasant with a bit of yeast flavor present in the aftertaste.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is yeasty and lemon. Citrus also is most of the flavor and also some breadyness. Sub par at best for the style and there are better out there.

In the bottle from Cost Plus. Cloudy pale yellow with a serious white head. Good lacing and retention. Has the aroma of citrus and wheat. Smooth and drinkable with some lemon suggestions. Nice quick finish. An OK wheat for those looking at that kind of beer. The six I just bought may have had some age on it. Perhaps they brew this year around?
