Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

Tap at the brewery. Nice hazy body with a ring of bubbles. Taste-mercifully lacking the usual banana flavor associated with wheats. Husky, yeasty, very slight cardboard with some light skunk.

12z bottle. New Packaging, I like! Hazy orange hue. Head was immediately gone. Yeasty and citrus in the nose. Lil hint of floralness. Tart, citrus, slightly floral, tingly mouthfeel. Refreshing without being weak. Floral yeastiness becomes more apparent as you taste. As does the citrus. I guess you would say that the taste evolves as the glass diminishes. Or it could just be the temperature. Granted, I have had better wheats, but I still love this brewery!

Poured slightly hazy golden color with a pretty good head and some lacing. Mild aroma, a bit grainy and lemony. Light bodied with some wheat and lemon in the flavor, short finish with touch of hoppiness. I’ve had better but it was clean and pleasant enough.

Easy street, but not much flavor in this prairie dog brew. Why are all the good mass local breweries here represented by Fort Collins, and not Boulder, the rival college town? A random question.

Aroma is yeasty and slightly citrusy. Taste is similar. Feels a little too much on the yeasty side. But overall it was good. Decent malt and good body - though a little too bubbly for me.

Tap. Pours hazy pale yellow with a tall frothy white head. Wheat and hop aromas with vanilla and banana mixed in; citrus hop nose. Creamy wheat, sugary malt flavor with a hop end. Medium bodied and creamy palate; refreshing.

A mediocre beer. Hazy golden body under a frothy white head. Nose is wheat, lemon, malt, hops. Subtle. Lively carbonation and a medium body with watery texture. Flavor is slightly sweet, bready, a touch of citrus. Nothing special. May be a good Lawnmower beer.
