Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

Draught at WBF. Poured a cloudy golden color with a large white head. Aroma of grain and a hint of sour citrus. Flavor is very wheaty with hints of citrus. Pretty good wheat beer.

Bottle, enjoyed in a hotel room in Springfield. Poured a slightly cloudy dull gold color. Aroma of wet wheat, must and bread. The flavor was pretty weak. Wheaty and bready with nothing too separate it or make it interesting.

Pours slightly cloudy, amber, with a huge puffy, four-finger, cream-colored head, long-lasting lacing. Smells of orange, banana, bread, with a slight floral hop aroma. Medium-thin, crisp body, with a little tartness. Flavors of sweet orange, bread, tart apple. Light citrus aftertaste, with some light grassy undertones. The balance of sweet and tart is well executed. Very drinkable.

(bottle). Pours a golden color. Medium white head which diminishes quickly. Mininal lacing. Strong wheat aroma, and a sweet wheat taste. Smooth finish, with light grainy taste that lasts. Moderate to high carbonation.

12oz bottle. Aroma besides grains was somewhat metalic. Cloudy yellow body with good white head. Flavor was better than aroma with some sweet tangy lemon and some wet grain malt in the mix. Good refreshment while watching a baseball game.

Crushed with Jakebra. Some citrus and wheat on the nose. Some poop, too. Flavor is smooth and mellow, there’s just not much to it. Would probably taste great on a hot day, but it’s just not that impressive.
