Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

Cloudy yellow pour with a two-finger white head, good lacing, average retention. Grainy wheat and citrus aroma. Flavor is wheaty lemon and a touch of clove. A good beer for a day on the golf course, brewed according to style, no off-flavors, but still average. At $16/12-pack I would go for something else of similar qualitiy if on sale (ie - new belgium sunshine wheat).

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a 2 finger foamy white head that results in nice lacing. The nose is sour wheat and malt. The taste is light wheat, grain and malt. Lighter bodied. Meh, pretty boring.

Pours a hazy yellow with very little head. Aroma is wheaty, with just a hint of lemon zest. Flavor is similar, with just a slight yeastiness. A decent lawnmower beer, but not much else.

Nothing about this beer compels me to rate it above average. Brass colored pour with a minimal whispy eggshell head. Aroma is faint wheat and citrus. Flavor is light but shows honey, oats, and buttermilk biscuit. Thin but highly drinkable. Meh.

Pours like liquid gold with a solid head that rest slowly. Fresh aromas of fruit and biscuits from around the block. Medium nectar with good carbonation. This is a classic new world style. Brisk and fruity with a balancing bittering component on the end. Good work.
