Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color. Aroma is grass, malt, and citrus flavors. Not a big fan of the wheat beers. However, this was a decent wheat.

Murky maize with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat and cereal grain. Taste of wheat, lemon, honey, mild yeast and sweet malt. Gritty texture leads way to a gritty finish. Not bad but monotonous.

First pour is clear yellow but with some yeast mix in on the second try it’s a cloudy soft creamed banana. Extremely faint and pale nose, just barely a hint at some corn-laden sharp banana, honey and creamed wheat. Flavor is not much different, but again it’s just unbelievably pale and flavorless, bland by the very definition of the word. Smooth texture, medium-light body, finishes weak and empty. What’s the point? Wheat ale rating #100.

7-23-08 bottle shared with lb4lb thanks to oxymoron
Cloudy glowing orange with a nice white head and a little okay lacing. Smell is light and clean - almost refreshing or almost like cleaning products (a thin line between the two). Very drinkable. A good summer beer that is refreshing. A bit thin on the tongue with a medium to high carbonation.
