Commercial Description:
The beer is light in body and mild on hopping, but is not wimpy in taste. The yeast we leave in adds a delicate floral and citrus flavor and enhances the beer's mouthfeel.

Hazy golden yellow color and ok white head. Light citrus scents followed by some malty after tones. Light body and enough carbonation. Lemon citrus flavor with some yeast tinge and grasses. Short bland finish.

Most bars will give you a lemon for this beer. It tastes much better with a orange. Also when pooring into a galss from a bottle, make sure to swivel the last few pours around due to the fact that this is a unfiltered wheat ale. This is my favorite beer, no one has been able to show me better.

Bottle, BB 11/25/07. Poured near-clear lighter golden with a short, splotchy cap of white haed. The aroma picked up lemon, vinegar, and wheaty tartness over an almost vegetal sweetness.. a little warmth brought out a bit of grass and a hint of toffee. The flavor had tacky pale malt and honey sweetness at the core, surrounded by lemon zest, grass, and dry cardboard (thankfully not too much).. short, tart finish. Lighter-bodied and dry on the palate.. rather refreshing. This was OK.

Cloudy golden body supports a tall vanilla head. Aroma is spicy clove and coriander with vague banana and yeast. Light medium body is a bit overcarbonated. Taste is clove and vague citrus, somewhat yeasty. Good example of a usually lackluster style.

Pours golden orange with a soapy white head. The aroma has wheat smoothness, spice and light citrus. Medium smooth body with soft carbonation. The taste starts smooth and malty with some richness, but not not really too sweet. There is also some citrus, spice and a hint of bubblegum. The finish is very phenolic. A decent beer.

Lightly foggy gold, thin white head. Aroma is very wheat oriented, light fruit esters, light honey, and straw. Taste is straw, light hoppiness, and wheat.

I had the chance but did not compare this side by side with the other local favorite, Sunshine. This is pretty darn good but a light crisp ale thats ok but as the weather is getting cooler not as satisfying.

Flour smell in the aroma, nice bright color though. Not a ton of taste, actually tastes like it smells, Was hoping for more but left me empty with each taste. Sorry, but not very impressed. Odell is 1 for 2 with me, the Ipa was great, this one struck out.
