Commercial Description:
Ready to buck convention? We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from Englad to India in the 1700s, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. Hop on, hold tight, and enjoy the ride!

Bottle. Copper coloured pour with decent white head. Wonderful hoppy aroma was spot on. Hoppy, malty, pine, citrus taste, no sweetness but really drinkable. This is my kind of IPA, wish I had bought more.

12 oz. bottle. One of many brought back from Ft Collins by a friend who was visiting his son at school. Poured to a fest glass a deep, orangy gold with an off white, frothy foamed head and clingy, ribbony lace. The aroma was pleasantly pungent citrus, with a hint of mid-fruit sweetness, a little resin, but mainly citrus. Smooth malt set up the background. The flavor was these and a nice, dry bitterness that lasted through the finish. Kick ass but still easy drinking.

The pour was clear and copper with a nice off-white head that produced good lacing. The aroma was dominated by herbal, spicy hops with some light floral and citrus coming through. The flavor followed suit, with the herbal, floral hops dominating over citrus with only a touch of sweetness. Easy drinking, clean finish. An enjoyable beer.

very nice IPA. Drank copious amounts on a recent trip to the mountains. Hop aroma is a nice anticipation for the taste. My brother and I both noted that the citrus and pine hoppy flavor made the bitterness less intense. Best of both worlds.

Pours a coppery orange with a thin beige head and a big hoppy aroma. Flavor is rich and malty with lots of pine and citrus hops.

Bottle. Pours a golden light amber with a little head and aromas of grass, citrus and honey. Flavor is heavily malty with floral hops and not quite enough bite to it. There is a little bit of a grassy side to it as well, but it has me wondering whether this is old or stored poorly...
