Commercial Description:
Ready to buck convention? We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from Englad to India in the 1700s, and made it bolder and more flavorful - American style. We've added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character. Hop on, hold tight, and enjoy the ride!

Bottle. Pours a golden light amber with a little head and aromas of grass, citrus and honey. Flavor is heavily malty with floral hops and not quite enough bite to it. There is a little bit of a grassy side to it as well, but it has me wondering whether this is old or stored poorly...

I saw this when I was in Nebraska for a weekend and decided to give the 6 pack a try. Pours orange with a thin off white head. Nice hoppy aroma and flavor. Heavy citrus and pine flavor, oily, but incredibly easy to drink. Was a very good beer.

Bottle at ACBF. Aroma of huge, resinous, leafy, piney hops, citrus oil hops, most notable is the oil and resin quality. Flavor focuses on that again and also has a big, sticky maltiness that in most beers would be a syrupy distraction, but in this one works so well with the hop character. In your face, and good.

Pour is pure gold with a dense creamy almost off white head. Head settles quickly but leaves good lacing. Strong citrus nose, mostly grapefruit. Initial taste is a slight syrupy sweetness. The sweetness is immediately replaced spice (cloves and anise). Bitter finish which evaporates off the tongue.

Draught at my house. Medium off-white head with clear light amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, piney, and grass. Some fruit and pine taste, aybe a little to sweet for my IPA taste but very easy to drink and enjoy mindlessly for an IPA, orange and floral also with not to much of a bitter finish... hides the ABV of 7% very well. Medium bodied, nice IPA

Bottle at ACBF09. Pours a clear light orange with a thick white head. Aroma is super hoppy, predominantly grassy and oily hops. Flavor of crisp hop oils, citrus. Very rich palate. Awesome IPA, very drinkable. One of my favorites at the fest. 8/4/8/4/17 (4.1/5)

Great IPA - wonderful smells arise from a poured glass, including citruses and evergreens. Top of my list of favorite IPAs.
