| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 18, 2009 Bottle. Meaty hoppy nose, big caramel. Pale orange with a little lace but really no head. Very bitter taste, approaching mild brutality, light lemon citrus under the caramel. Light body but huge flavor! ditmier (1110), Boise, Idaho, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Nov 8, 2009 Had at the All Colorado Beer Festival in Colorado Springs on 11/7/09. Color is a deep gold with good carbonation and a thin tight head. Aroma is a hoppy citrus scent. Starting with a medium body it goes down easy with a crisp feel. Finish comes on with malt and mild caramel then a slight floral hop flavor and citrus. After taste is bitter with a mild citrus. This is a very good IPA with well balanced flavors and a nice mild citrus.
