Hoppy and bitter up front. Fruit, apples, sweetness in the palate. Light yeastiness. Moderate alcohol burn, well hidden. Supposedly 11.3%.

Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (grapefruit, resin), with a note of alcohol. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Medium to full body, watery/creamy texture, lively carbonation, moderately to heavily alcoholic. Aromas of bread, light fruitiness and a hint of carmel. Palate was light bodied and crisp.
