Jul 31, 2008 (bottle) Cloudy, amber colour with a medium-sized, quickly vanishing beige frothy head. Sweet and slightly yeasty berry-fruity aroma with wheat. Sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied, well-carbonated, spritzy mouthfeel. Yeasty and wheaty taste with present fruity notes and traces of cacao; sweet and minimal sourish wheat-accented, moderately fruity finish (24.07.08).

Jan 11, 2005 Bottle. Banana/apple malt aroma - slightly metallic. Medium amber color - clear with moderate head. Toasted/smoky malt flavor - moderate hops for a Weizen with only a slight fruity hint. On the watery side though. Pleasant but not great.
