Hazy brown color with huge creamy head. Yeasty nose. Aroma is as it should be , less sour as normal weizen. The flavour is the same with some caramel (?). It could use some less subdued notes.

May 15, 2009 50cl bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours a cloudy amber brown with a lot of creamy tan head. Nose is citrus and yeast. Taste is yeasty. A bit watery. Medium to long finish of malt. Not bad but nothing special about it.

May 12, 2009 bottle, pours light redish brown with a medium off white head. Bannana, clove, and a light wheat aroma. Flavor is light and sweet with lots of yeasty bread and clove until the finish where I get a little bit of toasted malt to finish. Mouthfeel is slightly creamy with a low to moderate carbonation. Not at all bad, but boring.

May 7, 2009 50cl bottle @ Sky-discount, Germany. Pours a muddy amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Nose is wheat, yeast and a small sour note. Taste is bread, caramel, banana and wheat. Medium bodied. Smooth and pleasant.

Jan 10, 2009 It is unclear, dark brown with a huge, creamy and very lasting head. The aroma has notes of wheat, light yeast and a light sourness. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of wheat, caramel, light clove and yeast. It is OK, but as all dunkle weisse somewhat weaker in the notes as the light ones.

Jan 5, 2009 Pours a very cloudy brown/orange with sizable head. Some caramel and roasted malt aromas...but also some rubber. Immediate floral notes in the mouth, then a distinctive taste of water, the a blend of hops and herbs, finished by a light candy taste. Quite the complex profile! Unfortunately not one to rave about. Crisp and smooth on the palate.
