Ughsmash (3981), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Sep 11, 2007 Bottled. Poured a very slightly hazy medium orange with a tall, rocky cap of beige head and sticky lacing. The aroma first found an intriguing floral hop presence with sweet toffee... deeper caramel sugars, citrus, and pine notes emerge shortly afterward along with a bit of cookie sweetness. The flavor had sweet candied caramel and toffee with mild pine, citrus, and floral bitterness.. left a moderate-length pine and caramel finish. Medium-bodied with a creamy middle on the palate.. OK balance. Solid brew. Darkover (1308), Columbus, Ohio, USA Sep 3, 2007 Cloudy orange color with a huge long lasting beige head. Strong aroma of caramel malts with some lemony citrus hops in the background. Flavor of sweet caramel malts and some citrus hops. CaptainCougar (5379), Rockville, Maryland, USA Sep 3, 2007 Pours a transparent orange amber with a dense, frothy, well-lacing off-white head. Aroma of fairly fresh, green grapefruity hops and a touch of earthy pale toasted malt. Body starts fairly full with a decent citrusy grapefruity flavor and toasty earthy caramel malt. Very drinkable and well-balanced. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 07/04/2007

clear copper, frothy white head eventually settles but can be reroused at a moments notice, thick lace,
soft floral hop aroma and slightly sweet caramel malt,
creamy body,
lots of bitter hop flavor, a touch of sweet caramel malt falls short of balance, eventually the sweetness starts to catch up

brewblackhole (1367), Muskego, Wisconsin, USA Aug 30, 2007 Flowery ,citrus hop aroma, just a touch faint for all the dry hopping done to it,plenty of caramel backing that you can smell in the aroma, taste is fresh hop,and some caramel, but not as much as the aroma would have you believe will be in there, a long satisfying bitterness in the finish. Just a tad timid, but probaly the best O’Fallon product I’ve had. Thanks LT Judge jefcon (997), Arlington, Virginia, USA Aug 27, 2007 Draft. Plenty of tart hoppy aromas. Lots of body on the copper golden beer. Outstanding hop bite and evidence of dry-hopping. Lots of pine and continuous bittering. A nice IPA with aggressive flavors. LtJudge (431), Muskego, Wisconsin, USA Aug 27, 2007 Pours a dark amber color with a thick off white head. Great Caramel malt, Piney hop aroma.Nice citrus-piney flavor with a nice balance of malt backing. Body is a tic thin though. The hop flavor seems to hang out in you mouth for awhile.Great bitter finish. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA Aug 26, 2007 12oz bottle poured dark amber and hazy with a pretty average offwhite head. Aromas of slight caramel malts and maybe a touch of pine. Served pretty cold so maybe the nose wasn’t all the way there but still seemed slight. Flavor is lots of orange, apricot, and caramel. Fairly well balanced but seemed a little over carbed. Fizzy mouthfeel takes away from the good balance that this beer seemed to contain.
