Commercial Description:
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Bottle. Pours a deep golden, almost brownish amber. Smells is light hops but more sublte malts. Taste is heavier in malts than hops to me. A very malty IPA. Finishes cleaner.

Pours orange with an off-white head. Heavy carbonation. Aroma is of bitter hops, caramel, spice, and citrus. Taste is of bitter, earthy hops, citrus, and caramel malt. It is bitter, but the malt overpowers the hops. outhfeel is very light, almost watery. Overly malty, but not too bad.

The best IPA for the price. Lots of hop flavor and an amber color. Medium sized head. Definitely worth a try if your a fan of IPA’s.

Aroma is sort of citrusy and piney. Plenty of big frothy head and plenty of subsequent lace. The malt is kind of weird and does not balance particularly well with the hops, but the hops are fantastic one of the piney-est IPAs I have had, and the bitterness fluctuates from fairly intense to weak all in the same drink, which is sort of awesome.

Very easy drinking, almost light-style, IPA. Smell is very piney. Taste is light, not very bitter and slightly sweet. It is a good taste, it is just very light. This is a good IPA for a hot summer day.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color. Aroma is pine, hops, and citrus. One of the better IPAS not the hoppyiet. Just a great all around easy drinking IPA.

[Bottle] Pours an orange/amber color with a small beige head. Fantastic aroma of pine and citrus. Taste is much more subdued, but in a good way. Crisp pine notes mesh well with the biscuit and grassy malts that lay the foundation for the beer. Bitter finish. Palate was a little on the weak side. With slightly better body, this would be a better beer.
