Commercial Description:
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Bottle. Aroma has notes of resin, pine, citrus, honey. Lovely. Med amber hue with an average sized off-white head that mostly diminished and left good lace. Flavor is sweet then tart and bitter. Palate is light-medium bodied, watery, and lively. A nice average IPA that could session well. Good nose.

First off, you can smell this when the cap flies off. Orange-amber with a lot of head, enough that I had to wait to finish pouring the beer. Ok now that the head settled and the rest was poured into the glass...The head sticks to every inch of the glass. WOW that’s some sticking! All I can smell is hops and wait was is that smell...o yeah hops. Very smooth. ultra smooth. very light hop flavor. It’s a very easy drinking beer. Is that because the hops are so light or because this is really that good? Not sure. but I like this beer as a pale ale but not as an IPA. Light carbonation feel as the silky thick liquid slides down into my throat leaving a lingering flavor (but not an overwhelming hop flavor). Super drinkable. Enjoy 6 or 12 or 24...this is a very easy to drink beer. Only my 2nd O’Fallon beer ever. Not bad at all.

Very average. Low on hop bang still a nice crisp beer. Looks better than it tastes.

Crushed with Jakebra. Some hop floral notes on the nose. Flavor follows suit. Nothing terrible, just unremarkable and boring.

Pours a hazy copper color, lots of off white head. Aroma of citrus and grassy hops. Flavor is grassy hops balanced with a sweet malt bitterness.

A bit hazy, too much trub in the bottle. Not much head. Piney aroma. Flavor is maybe a little too bitter, or maybe the body is a bit too thin. It needs to go a either way. Pretty good overall though.

Pours a thick cloudy amber with a dense/foamy off white head. Smells of grassy hops and malt. Taste is semi-sweet caramel malt with earthy and piney hops which leaves bitterness on the tongue. Very chewy dense IPA. A little raw, but tasty...much better as it warms.

12oz bottle. Pours dark cloudy amber with a thin white head, some lace. Smells subdued hoppy citrusy with a caramel malt background. Tastes earthy and slight grass hoppy with some malt sweetness. Lingering hop resin flavor. Medium body, vibvrantish carbonation.
