clear copper, frothy white head eventually settles but can be reroused at a moments notice, thick lace,
soft floral hop aroma and slightly sweet caramel malt,
creamy body,
lots of bitter hop flavor, a touch of sweet caramel malt falls short of balance, eventually the sweetness starts to catch up

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 19, 2007 Bottle... Hazy light amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Orange, pine and grapefruit in the nose. The flavor is very tannic and leans a little toward the bitter side of balance. Boring though. Medium-bodied and astringent with light carbonation. Finishes moderately bitter and bone-dry. Thanks to vyvvy for shipping me the bottle! bu11zeye (5442), Frisco, Texas, USA
