Aug 30, 2007 Flowery ,citrus hop aroma, just a touch faint for all the dry hopping done to it,plenty of caramel backing that you can smell in the aroma, taste is fresh hop,and some caramel,but not as much as the aroma would have you believe will be in there, a long satisfying bitterness in the finish. Just a tad timid,but probaly the best O’Fallon product I’ve had. Thanks LT Judge

Sep 15, 2006 On tap at the St. Louis Fish Market restaurant. The color was fairly typical IPA...orange, copper, whatever you want to call it. The aroma had plenty of sweet malt and what i’m almost certain were cascade hops. lots of grapefruit. Funny that Duane went to the Fish Market restaurant as well, as I’d never even heard of it when I lived there. go figure.

Mar 13, 2008 Gusher of a pour, hazy and well carbonated with a creamy head. Strong, pleasant hoppy aroma, floral with some herbal notes. Big but not bracing hop flavor with citrus, pine and a little green grass. Good balancing malt and bitterness. Soft palate, full body. Better than average IPA.

Oct 2, 2006 (draught) Orange amber with nice off white head. Pine hops aroma with a hint of malt. Well balanced malt and lots of hops. Really nice IPA (at Iron Barley)

Sep 3, 2007 Cloudy orange color with a huge long lasting beige head. Strong aroma of caramel malts with some lemony citrus hops in the background. Flavor of sweet caramel malts and some citrus hops.

Jun 28, 2009 Bottle from Sicilianos, Grand Rapids, MI. On recomendation from 17floor. Hazy orange-red with creamy white head. Aroma is floral, citrus, a little grapefruit, caramel, sweeter, nice. Flavor is citrus and grapefruit with a little dirtiness, dry malt caramel and biscuit malt and toffee, sweeter but not cloyingly so, a little pine in the finish as well. Medium to thin body with active carbonation and light creaminess. Prettyy nice.

Dec 1, 2007 Bitter. Decent hops. A fairly tasty IPA from the mid-Missouri region. This is about as close as we get to decent IPA drinking - include Schlafly’s and that’s all we got.
