Commercial Description:
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Pours amber with a big white head. hoppy, pine, grapefruit, etc for both. Easy going down, nice bitterness. I’d like to talk about it more but I’m busy drinking it. Sessionable and I’m in that kind of mood.

Very easy drinking, almost light-style, IPA. Smell is very piney. Taste is light, not very bitter and slightly sweet. It is a good taste, it is just very light. This is a good IPA for a hot summer day.

OK IPA. Pours a cloudy copper with very thin wisps of head. The first pour aroma is almost sour - but the nose is grassy hops. Some juniper accents in there too. Another dry finishing IPA from the MW!

Amber color. Smell of hops, malt, pine, citrus and brown sugar/caramel. Loved the smell. I could taste some citrus, malt and flowers.

Clear light orange with a fine foamed eggshell head. Aroma of slight hops. Nice mouthfeel with a good malt taste with an after of bittering hops.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear, slightly burnt orange colored body with a finger-width, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate amount of lacing. Aroma is caramel malty and floral with a weird glue nose. There is some pine, grapefruit, toffee, nuts, but for some reason this gives off a light glue aroma. Flavor is interesting as well. Doesn’t taste like glue (thank Darwin), but its as if the sweet caramels and floral hops come in from each side of the mouth and splash together for a jumbled finish. Lots of florals and some piney citrus start this off before the sweet caramel and toffee come in. They don’t quite come together. Dry, medium bodied, and smooth with a lingering floral citrus caramel. Overall, an interesting IPA. It has enough flavor and aroma, but there’s something off about each of them. Hmm.

Bottle. Pours a amberish color. Aroma of pine, floral hops, and some maltiness. Flavor was hops, nice floralness, and a bit of caramel.
