Commercial Description:
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Orange-copper with big, foamy off-white head / Yeasty, pine, and citrus nose / Light to medium body, balanced between malts and creamy hops, with some sweetness and with a dry, slightly bitter finish / Mellow flavors of dry hops, bread, lemon and pineapple / A subdued,easy-drinking ipa.

Pours a golden orange/light amber color with a one finger frothy white head that quickly fades into a nice lasting ring and cap, leaving minimal lacing. Nice floral citrus hop aroma with some dank piny resionus and a subtle caramel malt backbone. Thin body, slightly watered down. Citrus hop flavor with with some pine but not as resinous as the aroma had me hoping for. Weak malt backbone that doesn’t provide much balance although it does have a slight biscuit flavor that is pretty nice. Slightly dry finish. Drinkable session beer but not something I would seek out again.

Bottle: A nice big fruity hop aroma to this brew. A wonderful woodsy scent with the sour grapefruit indicative of IPA’s some light malt characteristics which makes this a very nice smelling brew. Pours a clear golden hue with a large sized white head that diminishes slowly. Flavor is very nicely hopped with a dry acidity. Rather bitter and a wonderfully piny taste with the grapefruit bitterness to it. Overall, This is a pretty good IPA. Who would of thought that if you go into the suburbs of St. Louis there a better brews than the mass macro who stonghold is downtown. CHeers!!!

Now this is how an IPA should smell. Big stinky hop smell like you have a handful of hops. Flavor is dominated by hop flavor, citrusy and earthy. A bitter backend sticks around. You can tell this is fresh.

Very average. Low on hop bang still a nice crisp beer. Looks better than it tastes.

Rich amber color. Good tasting, but bland compared to many IPA’s. Decent balance between hops and malt.

Pours orange with an off-white head. Heavy carbonation. Aroma is of bitter hops, caramel, spice, and citrus. Taste is of bitter, earthy hops, citrus, and caramel malt. It is bitter, but the malt overpowers the hops. outhfeel is very light, almost watery. Overly malty, but not too bad.

Pours a golden amber in color. A vigorous pour leads to two inches of bubbly head. Plenty of spotty lacing all over the glass. Smell is mostly all malts, but with a piney hop finish.
Taste is identical to the smell. Very big malt taste up front, then finishes with a piney hop bite. Not overly hopped, but enough in the finish to enjoy. Mostly bitter tasting in the end, moreso than juicy or grassy. Decent beer.
