Jun 5, 2008 Pours a golden amber in color. A vigorous pour leads to two inches of bubbly head. Plenty of spotty lacing all over the glass. Smell is mostly all malts, but with a piney hop finish.
Taste is identical to the smell. Very big malt taste up front, then finishes with a piney hop bite. Not overly hopped, but enough in the finish to enjoy. Mostly bitter tasting in the end, moreso than juicy or grassy. Decent beer.

Jun 11, 2009 Draught@HBF’09. Slightly cloudy amber color, white head. Huge piny hop aroma. Bitter, resiny flavor with some grapefruit. Sticky mouthfeel, fairly dry finish. Medium-full body, medium carbonation. Bit too heavy for my taste.

May 5, 2006 I had this on a trip to St Louis @ a fish place. I found it a solid IPA along with crisp flavors. It was clean and refreshing with a nice head.

Sep 12, 2009 Deep copper in color the nose was filled with scents of caramel, pine, grapefruit and dark chocolate. The palate has a nice roundness to it though it also lacks flavor. It has a nice soft dryness but lacks the power and depth of flavor.

Oct 1, 2009 12 oz. bottle from The Party Source. I’ve also had this on tap at Nick’s Pub in St. Louis. Pours an orange-gold color with a frothy white head. Hoppy aroma, with citrus, herbal and floral notes, and caramel. Flavor of citrus, hops, caramel, and pine. Sweet, slightly bitter. Light body, easy to drink. Nice, straightforward IPA.

Dec 15, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color. Aroma is pine, hops, and citrus. One of the better IPAS not the hoppyiet. Just a great all around easy drinking IPA.

Aug 5, 2009 Pours hazy amber with a huge off white head (bottle date was dec. 07). Aroma is citrusy grapefruit. Flavor is nice citrusy, piney hops with slight pale malt flavors. Not bad.
