Sep 17, 2007 A nice low alcohol IPA. Nice malty backbone to balance the nice, aromatic and bitter hops. Nose is slighlty pine with some graperuit.

Oct 10, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours amber orange. Great aromatic citrus that made me anxious to dive in. Flavor didn’t quite deliver but this had a little caramel backbone and then a Fruity bitter finish. Decent drinkable IPA.

Jan 1, 2008 This was a great IPA. Light copper in pour with a nice big white foamy head. The aroma is very hop filled with a bit of citrus. Semi-sweet citrus and hops in the flavor with a nice bitter bite to it.

Apr 20, 2007 Draft in a shaker at Cicero’s in University City. Wow! A very nice surprise from O’Fallon. This was a delightful IPA that is extremely drinkable. In today’s marked of imperial IPA’s it’s hard to remember that a massive assault of the senses isn’t the only way to be a notable hoppy beer but O’Fallon has done a great job.

Aug 27, 2007 Pours a dark amber color with a thick off white head. Great Caramel malt, Piney hop aroma.Nice citrus-piney flavor with a nice balance of malt backing. Body is a tic thin though.The hop flavor seems to hang out in you mouth for awhile.Great bitter finish.

Aug 6, 2007 this is my second bottle of this of the night. The second one had far less sediment than the first which had quite a bit. aroma is so-so, but the taste is crisp and bitter with just enough sweetness to make this a well rounded although somewhat middle of the road IPA.

Jun 11, 2008 Bottle. Pours copper with a medium white head. Aroma of pine, prunes and sweet malt. Tastes old, kind of musty, grassy, sweet finish, not much bitterness. Not one I would get again.
