Commercial Description:
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

On tap at the St. Louis Fish Market restaurant. The color was fairly typical IPA...orange, copper, whatever you want to call it. The aroma had plenty of sweet malt and what i’m almost certain were cascade hops. lots of grapefruit. Funny that Duane went to the Fish Market restaurant as well, as I’d never even heard of it when I lived there. go figure.

Golden yellow, cloudy. Aroma is a little weak, the usual IPA hop nose, some caramel. Feels a little light in the body for an IPA, but has good citrusy hop bitterness, and a solid caramel background. Balanced finish. Pretty decent IPA.

this is my second bottle of this of the night. The second one had far less sediment than the first which had quite a bit. aroma is so-so, but the taste is crisp and bitter with just enough sweetness to make this a well rounded although somewhat middle of the road IPA.

Rich amber color. Good tasting, but bland compared to many IPA’s. Decent balance between hops and malt.

A bit hazy, too much trub in the bottle. Not much head. Piney aroma. Flavor is maybe a little too bitter, or maybe the body is a bit too thin. It needs to go a either way. Pretty good overall though.

bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy amber orange with some floaties. Decent fluffy white head. Aroma had slight tea, sweet malts & medium hop presence. Taste was muted hops with sweet malts. Hop bitterness was faint in thebackground but I believe the bottle may have been past its prime. Very drinkable & rather tasty

0.35 l bottle at Helsinki Beer Festival 2009. Amber color with creamy head. Sweetish aroma with floral and tropical fruity hops, mango and toffee. Floral, lemony and sweaty hops and biscuity malt in the flavor. Not particularly bitter. Hop character has maybe lost some of its freshness.
