I drank from a 12 oz bottle in chalice. I didn’t have high expecations for this beer but was pleastantly suprised. It has red brown color but on real head. It smells strongly of cherries and tastes just like a chocolate covered cherry. I very decent beer.

12oz bottle. Murky brown-red color, lighter than I would’ve expected. Pleasant choco-cherry aroma. Rather interesting twist, not going the stout route on this one. Medium bodied, with a crisp, thick, chocolate-cherry taste dominating. Rather interesting fruity, tangy finish, as opposed to the roasty flavors that normally accompany such a beer. Not world class stuff, but a cool beer nonetheless.

Bottle from strykzone. Pours a reddish brown with a very small head. Aroma is certainly what the beer says, cherries and chocolate. Flavor has both as well, but it is a bit muddled and weak. I didn’t mind it as much as some, but it was a tad artificial and could have been done with a bit more care.

Rusty red pour with a very thin, barleywine-like head. Nose of milk chocolate and candied cherries. Malt flavors with some chocolate covered cherries tastes as well, but not particularly deep. A bit plastic-y. Thin and watery.

Poured a medium, hazy, reddish brown color with a larger sized off white head. Aromas of chocolate covered cherries (who would have guessed?). Tastes of the same. Just like my grandfathers favorite chocolate covered cherry candy. Weaker and thin body. Interesting.

Bottle, pours a hazy brown-ruby with a off-white head of varied bubbles, head thinned out a bit but kept a cover, I found generous dark sediment that covered the bottom of the bottle, left some lacing on the glass, has a nose of milk chocolate, cherry-berries and roasted malt with a bit of caramel in the background, flavors of roasted malt with some hints of chocolate and cherry bite on the tongue, some faint bitterness after the finish, no clash in the flavors but not an outstanding beer, this is an ok to good brew, I thought the aromas and flavors blended well, balance is good, chocolate and cherry-berry do not overwhelm the roasted malt flavor, this could be a light dessert beer drink.

Bottle. This is a different beer. It is ok but not great. Pours a brownish color with a little head. Smell is well no surprise cherries and chocolate. Taste is much of the same. Just something missing with this beer.

12oz bottle. I’ve always wanted to taste a beer brewed with feces and wax paper, now I can say I have...Pours brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is of plastic cherries, ass chocolate, malt, and grass. Taste is tart, horrid cherries with generic chocolate, grass, and cardboard left out in the rain on a hot July day. This beer was my first ever drain our. I felt bad for the goddamn drain.
