phaleslu (427), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Sep 30, 2009 12 oz. bottle from The Party Source. Pours a clear, deep amber with a small off-white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma of malt, hops, grass, earth, caramel. The flavor is better- sweet caramel, malt, hops, earth, brown sugar, roast. Slightly skunky, light-medium bodied, roasted finish. shawnm213 (884), South Bend, Indiana, USA Sep 28, 2009 Bottle from Phaleslu- Thanks Peter! Notes of bread, moss, caramel, bandaids, skunk. Didn’t really care for this one. Beerman6686 (1266), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 17, 2009 This poured a reddish brown color with an off white head. Aroma was a bit off, somewhat os puke and garbage. Flavor was much much better than aroma, containing sweetness and darker frits upfront and then a nice roasted finish. Tastes decent, just dont smell it. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Aug 31, 2009

unclemattie (2370), Georgia, USA Aug 19, 2009 12oz bottle Is it a Bock or is it an Ale. Reddish-copper. Smells like the goat’s ass. Aroma of dried lawn clippings. Flavor is pale and bitter. Appropriately named. shp555 (1678), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Aug 8, 2009 Pours a deep amber brown color with a tan head. Aroma is caramel, roast, goats breath, and some earthy notes. Flavor is caramel, brown sugar, and funky spoiled notes. Cybercat (778), Georgia, USA Jul 9, 2009 Pours a nice clear cola brown with a fairly thick but not very persistent pale beige head. Aroma is yeasty and has hints of spices and caramel. Flavor is rather spicy, yeasty and malty with a caramel undertone. Texture is smooth with a good strong tingle to it. 1FastSTi (2551), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA Apr 9, 2009 Thanks to Kevin for gifting this to me. The beer pours to a nice reddish chestnut brown body with a medium off-beige head. The aroma is extremely nutty with lots of walnuts and peanuts with a light corn silage. Edamame. The flavor is actually pretty decent and extremely easy to drink. Nutty with walnuts and lots of brown malts. A bitter hop and sweet light brown sugar. The palate is medium bodied and has a lasting dry huskiness.
