Aroma of corn, honey, and a touch of apricots. Taste is medium bodied, some carbonation, and a little gritty. Finish has some grassy hops and a dry bread aftertaste. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 16, 2007 Bottle: Pours a clear golden color with a thin white soapy head that lingers for a while. Aroma is of light caramel malts, honey, spices and maybe some very light hop notes mixed in there. Taste is somewhat dry, caramel malts, not much hop character, honey again and some light spice to it. Overall, It’s decent I think this one comes in just above average with me.
