Coppery amber pour. Mild but peasant aroma with hints of pumpkin and spice. Not much going on in the flavor department - a bit of malt sweety at the start, a bit of spice in the finish, maybe a bit of pumpkin (or maybe that’s just the power of suggestion...) Finish is weak with a little spice and maybe a bit of hops. Inoffensive. Thin palate. However, nothing bad in there at all - what flavor there is is all fine. Ho-hum.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange little head. Mild pumpkin aroma and not much else. Sweet caramel up front and then a mild spiced finish. Pretty drinkable but not much there.

Dark amber pour. There’s a thin, clinging white head topping it off. Wonderful aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other spices. Smooth, sliky, and easy drinking. The flavor is pumpkin pie. Sweet and spicy. One of the finest pumpkin beers.

12 oz bottle from Thiesti! Nose of nutmeg, pumpkin, cinnamon, and light cloves. Hazy copper with a medium, lightly lacing beige head. Flavor is pumpkin pie all over; pumpkin and all the spices! Excellent pumpkin ale!

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of spices, nutmeg, allspice, and slight pumpkin. Poured orange in color with a small, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of small, medium, and huge-sized particles throughout. Flavor is slightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of spices, nutmeg, slight pumpkin, light hops, light allspice, and a hint of cream. Medium body. Lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Spice, nutmeg, and slight pumpkin finish is dry.

Pours a copper orange with off white head - Distinctive cinnamon and pumpkin aroma - Hints on cinnamon and pumpkin in the flavor but not as prominent as the aroma (a bit disapointly there) - Spicy on the palate with a little bitterness

12 oz. bottle from The Party Source. Pours mostly clear amber with a small off-white head. I overheard someone at a beer tasting event recently mention the total pumpkin pie taste of the O’Fallon Pumpkin Ale, and she wasn’t kidding. This one is pumpkin pie through and through the aroma and flavor. Nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, and caramel. My main gripe with this is the thin body, which is too watery. Paired with the serious pumpkin pie flavor, that makes it seem artificial. With a little body on this, it could be better.
