It looked just like a can of Libby’s pumpkin. The clove was the dominate feature, but the other spices where very presant. Very fizzy in my mouth. badgerben (3610), Blaine, Minnesota, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 4, 2005 Amber color wtih no head. Solid aroma of cloves and cinnamon. The cloves really stand out in the taste, but the base is pretty watery malt. Tasty, but it smelled like it would be so much more. bethmatt0421 (321), Covington, Kentucky, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 22, 2005 Pour is orange with a white head. Aroma is a great mix of pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor is also outstanding. Pumpkin comes out strong follwed by the spices. This is the closes beer I have had that would compare to pumkin pie on thanksgiving. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 21, 2005 Updated: Jan 25, 2006Bottle: It pours a very big fluffy light offwhite head that lingers for minutes after pour and a slight ring remains throughout. The color is an orange/gold/amberish color. The aroma is spices and a tiny touch of pumpkin. Little to no carbonation. That really comes through in the very smooth mouthfeel. The tastes are a little of pumpkin, sweet (apple, cinnomon, nutmeg, cloves), and malts. Very drinkable beer that is smooth. The beer itself may not warrent the high rating I gave it but by and far the finest (of less than half a dozen) seasonals/pumpkin I’ve sampled. Mangino (1027), Mississippi, USA

This one had least had some pumpkin body to it, not just spices, I guess a great pumpkin just isn’t going to be made, but this one is close OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA
