Aroma is caramel malts, soome roasted notes as well as smokedwood. Mild nuttyness as well as fudge as well. Flavour is roasted malts, slight fruity notes and mild nuttyness. Served way too cold as the aroma and flavour open up only after it gets closer to room temperature. kp (8399), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 15, 2006 22oz bottle. Poured a dark, dark brown with a large sized off white head. Initial aroma of strong smoke that gave way to chocolate and roasted malts. Almost beef jerky smelling. Tastes of smoke (not overpowering), chocolate, caramel, and a light coffee finish. Lively body. I enjoyed this one.
