Medium-bodied; Strong yeastie flavour with malt and little else. Aftertaste shows a lot of malt, some spices and very little else. Overall, a bit disapointing! I sampled this on draught at Growlers Pub South in St. Louis, MO on 13-August-2005. unclemike (833), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 16, 2008 bottle-pours a cloudy apricot hue with a small fizzy white head. grainy, husky wheat character with faint hops and a very dry yeast note. good wheat flavors with lots of yeast-dry. light hops. fairly solid palate for this style-only minimally watery. i think this would be much better on tap. This beer will be revisitied. some more hop bitterness would be a plus as well.

Aroma of wheat, light earthy grains and dust. Taste is quite crisp, with lots of wheat flavor and very light citrus as well. For the style, this beer was quite good. Better body than I expected. Exceeded my expectations! bhensonb (4374), Woodland, California, USA

Mild aromas of citrus & grain. Near medium body with sharp but mild(!) carbonation. Flavor is not weak. Mostly grain and citrus. It’s clean and refreshing. Better than many wheats. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 12, 2008 12 oz bottle purchased as a single at Happy Hour, Independence, Missouri. Poured cloudy hazy orange golden into my tulip with a two inch white head. Head falls quick, with very little lace. Aroma of wheat, citric sour and cleanser. Taste is wheat initially, full and grainy. The sour citric taste comes through in the middle, with the finish closing pretty quietly. Palate if full and mouth coating. Tasty and drinkable. esjaygee (1581), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA
