light bodied wheat beer with thin head and small taste. lacks usual flavor of a unfiltered beer, no hint citrus or fruit hints. on discount thank god.

bottle. funk on the nose. dull, thin gold hue. little head. thin, metallic wheat nose. smells like white bread. where’s the fruit? cream flavor, mild fruit, but not pronounced. lemon-banana flavor. watery finish. not too impressive.

Not a great wheat beer. It has a dirty taste and a limp body. I bought this on a discount and I now know why.

Pours a hazy straw with a fizzy, white, diminishing head. The nose is a sweet, wheaty grain, pleasant but rather one dimensional. Light-bodied, thin and lively with a sweet, clean and mildly dry finish. The flavor is a sweet effervescent wheat malt with a neat finish. Fairly simple but quite refreshing. A nice American Wheat; while not as pretty, I’ll risk committing local blasphemy and say it’s on par with Boulevard’s popular wheat.

12 oz. bottle, sampled at the brewery. Definitely more substantial than the Trailhead wheat I had earlier in the day. A golden color. decent taste of American wheat beer with no esters. a slight lemon flavor builds up toward the end.4

On tap. The pour was cloudy, dull and tan. The head was white and gave way quickly. Spotty lacing. The aroma was malt, wheat and some sourness/acidity. The flavor was a lot of wheat with a fairly sour finish. Thin body. Not impressed.

12 oz bottle. Mildly hazed gold with a pillowy white head. Nose is light caramel, mild grain and a hint of banana. Lots of carbonation in this one, with a torrent of bubbles heading up to the surface. Mildly sweet, light caramel and banana with just a touch of sweet graininess. Interesting take on the style, and a good summer beer.

Clear golden body with a small creamy white head. Sweet caramel and light banana aroma. Light banana flavor with a hint of caramel.
