This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of fine to medium sized bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy typically carbonated light . The aroma was wheat and slightly acidic. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow hoppy wheat aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and wheat. An OK brew just nothing special.

Sampled from 12 oz bottle on 10/25/2006 at the Junedale Beer Klub meeting... Pale gold color, cloudy. Big, foamy white head. Generic wheat aroma and flavor. A light doughy. Quite fizzy on the palatte.

Bottle. Poured a small white head that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, carbonation, hazy, and a straw yellow hue. Wheat, lemon, yeast, bananas, and clove nose and ditto for the flavor. Tingly mouthfeel and light-medium body. Nice refreshing brew for summer.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head that left very little lace. Pleasant yeasty bread dough aroma. Flavor is fresh malty cereal grain. Crisp and clean. Very refreshing beer.

Bottle courtesy of beerhandy. Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head. Smells of grapes, wheat, and some citrus. Tastes somewhat lemony with some candy like qualities.

Yeasty, aroma of bananas, clove and bread. Not too tart or sweet, flavor of wheat, lemon and hint of banana. Almost a hefe in character. I like the palate-carbo is brisk, medium body and soft mouthfeel. Excellent warm weather beer.

Very good wheat. Clean, crisp refreshing especially on 100 degree days. Comparable to boulevard and a solid contender in this category. 4 very nice beers reviewed that deserve looking into the rest of the Offallon line.
