Bottle. Poured cloudy orange with a large frothy white head that mostly lasted with minimal lacing. Moderate citrus wheat aroma. Light to medium body with a watery texture. Light sweet flavor with a sweet finishof short duration. I would not recommend this to a freind.

12 oz bottle #7 COTF 5/06. Peachy yellow color with a small head. Aroma is spot on fresh peach. Taste, although light, is not surprisingly peach. Nicely carbonated and fresh tasting. I like the fact that the fruit doesnt have a medicinal taste.

DL06: Very hazy very pale yellow. huge aroma of sweet peach juice. wheaty flavor with a good balance of peach to beer. Lightly acidic. Light body. I didn’t know what to expect but was too bad.

12oz, no date. Pours a hazy light golden--much like that of a wit--with a small white head. Aroma of very sweet peaches--almost candylike--and a little wheat. The peaches aren’t near as strong in the flavor and the wheat becomes the dominant taste here. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Not complex, by any means, but a good summer brew nonetheless.

Has the look of a wit bier, hazy straw with a fluffy white head. The peaches in the aroma smell like they’re from the bottom of a slowly consumed bushel of fruit, almost burying all the wheat. They’re a lot fresher in the flavor, and this turns into a drinkable warm weather brew. Not a repeater for me, but I can see why others might like it.

I really liked this one. The aroma was lots of peach and a little swill aroma. The appearance was completely cloudy, no particles, but you could tell it was debating about having some floaties. The flavor is lots of wheat and lots of peach. Very good mouthfeel and very nice fruity flavors. perfect for an 80 degree day like today.

12oz bottle- Ayellow hazy color w/ an abundance of peach aroma. The flavor is aagain a wheat flovor with a good amount of peach. Overall a pretty decent beer.
