Aug 29, 2003 Hazy light yellow in color, thin white head, minimal spotty lace. Smell is light sweetish wheat with a touch of apricot, not very strong but readily discernible. Taste is very light with mostly apricot coming through and some very light hops and malts. Extremely watery feel, light, and tiresome. Somewhat drinkable but nearly unfinishable.

Dec 25, 2002 Hazy pale yellow (so light in color). Mildly fruity aroma. Watery, but a gentle apricot "twang!" with spicy hefe notes. Decent beer. A bit candy-like and with time, mildly sour.
