Commercial Description:
This too is a original beer from our first beer menu. A light and refreshing wheat beer with a touch of apricot flavour. A local beer critic and author views this beer as the best fruit beer in the Minneapolis, St. Paul area.

Hazy light yellow in color, thin white head, minimal spotty lace. Smell is light sweetish wheat with a touch of apricot, not very strong but readily discernible. Taste is very light with mostly apricot coming through and some very light hops and malts. Extremely watery feel, light, and tiresome. Somewhat drinkable but nearly unfinishable.

Scent of apricot. Cloudy yellow. taste is a little sweet. Flavor of fruit and a little sourness. A good beer.

Hazy pale yellow (so light in color). Mildly fruity aroma. Watery, but a gentle apricot "twang!" with spicy hefe notes. Decent beer. A bit candy-like and with time, mildly sour.

Tap. A hazy yellow color. Lots of apricot in the aroma and flavor. Tangy fruit body. The fruit and wheat aspects of this beer balance each other well.
