Commercial Description:
One of our origanl beers that has been offered since inception of our brewery in 1996. Due to its large popularity, this beer has found a permanent home on our beer menu. Malty and smooth with medium hop character from Mt. Hood hops.

Draft @ Brewpub: Caramel, light head and lacing. Nose of sour fruit, rotten cardboard, aweful. The flavor isn’t as bad, but still just a bit of tartness with the malts. Finishes dry and thin. Moo! A bit of sweet hops in the distant tail.

Draft - St. Paul Minn. It tasted like the yeast had been contaminated because ALL beers had the same acidic tang. This is the first beer I had not been able to finish the SAMPLER!!! Very disappointing.

Sample from tap at the brewpub. Pours slight unclear orange to brown with no head. Aroma is vague malty and bitterhops, overall vague. Flavour is malty sweet, not sour, notes of spices like cinnamon or cardamom. Finish is soft malty. Vague aroma but decent taste.

Gold Coloring. No Head. One of the Worst Offereings There. Malt and Hops are Muddled and Somewhat A-Skew. Not Sure if It’s Worth Trying Again to Understand this Brew Better or Not.
