(Draft: Oggi’s in Vista, CA) I like this beer more than I thought I would; It has a pleasing, very toasty maltiness early, though it sneaks through later on as well; It is complemented by a moderate bitterness, and the finish is fairly bitter and dark roasted, and that kind of pushes aside the nice toastiness; Despite being very flavorful, the beer has very little nose, perhaps some slightly sweet malty aromas; Medium bodied; Deep brown in color; Rocky, tan head fades to a sheen, but leaves a dense blanket of lacing
