Coffee, toffee aromas go with the very dark brown liquid. Tastes like there might actually be some adjuncts to enhance the coffee flavor. Burnt toffee in there, too. A little dry but not particularly astringent. Low carbonation. Didn’t notice any hops. Very clean finish with almost no aftertaste. Best Oggi’s beer I’ve had. wetherel (1636), Encinitas, California, USA

Low aroma, but a little malty aroma, which is nice. Sweet, good. One of my favorites here. ucusty (1900), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA

This black stout lives up to its name alone just by the appearance it will show. Such a pure pitch black you can tell evil was behind this and the rigorous forth head will provide proof this is a dark beer to reckon with. Has a very sweet and robust aroma that is decked with dark roast malt and hints of sugar or sweet caramel candy. In the flavor, the same can be said because of the rich dark malt and lush texture that combines for a sweet and delightful creation. BeerandBlues2 (3225), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
