Commercial Description:
GOLD METAL 2000 Great American Beer Festival! This light refreshing Cream Ale is brewed for those who enjoy a clean, crisp beer. It uses small amounts of Vienna malt to add body and flavor while preserving the light color. Sterling hops provides just a hint of spice in the aroma. Is now sold in Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, and the Del Mar Race Track in plastic bottles.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear ad golden yellow with a small white head. Light butterish and cornish aroma. Flavour has the same in a subdued sweet blend. Lasting butterish and cornish finish.

Crisp, clear, clean, and refreshing. Nothing unusually out of the ordinary, just a simple drinkable summer ale. Head on every beer in my sampler was all but gone after a few minutes.

Good color with a nice dry finish this was golden ale that would be perfect for the hot summer. Liked the malt build this was wonderful to drink.

Plastic bottle, purchased at the Chargers game! WAHOO! Caramel malt, floral hops, creamy mouthfeel. Compared to all of the other crap that is on tap, this is truly a godsend! The only other decent brew on tap in ONE tiny place in the stadium was Stone Pale Ale, and the keg was dry!

Pour is a clear gold with white head. Standard and eay to drink. Malt, grain, hints of hops, citrus, and caramel sweetness. Not at all interesting.

Golden color pour with nearly no head. Light aroma of caramel malt and a hint of citrus. Flavor is the same, with a hint of hops. A very light cream ale.
