Bottle via trade from cbkschubert. Pours hazy dark golden color with fluffy white head. Sweet, bready aroma with some floral and pine hops. Modrerately bitter flavor with pine hops and just a touch of malt sweetness. Nicely balanced IPA. Medium body with lively carbonation and a slightly dry finish. Thanks Craig.

courtesy of fiulijn - hazy amber-orange colour with a poor head retention; solid hoppy aroma with notes of pine needles, apples and gentian; medium-bodied with some stickiness; some dryness and a solid and long lasting bitterness, herbal finish with more notes of gentian

Bottle from snojerk (i believe). Pour is light golden color and a ridiculous head that I had to wait for ever for to chill out. Aroma and flavor dominated by grassy floral notes. A little different than what I am used to but totally enjoyable. A little sugary fruitiness in the flavor as well. Some grape and apple. Drinks pretty well.

Light golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus and lemon. Taste is the same with a small amount of malt to balance and a touch of bitterness. Nice but nothing special.

Lovely bouquet of citrus and slight cotton candy. Clear, light golden in color with small, white head. Interesting melange of hop flavor - some citrus - grapefruits and limes, slight fruity hops and syrupy-like maltiness. The willamette add a neat Britishy feel to this left coaster. Very rich mouthfeel for such a light IPA, Some lingering resin. Dang, I am glad I can buy these locally!

22oz bottle from Southbay Drugs. Nice hazy orange color that looks like there was no filtering involved, cool. Nice hoppy smell but then a the taste departs to a more balanced flavor than I expected. I thought this was going to be a hop bomb like their hop juice DIPA. I bet these Left Coast beers would be great growler candidates. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 12-09-2007 23:01:25

Draft at brewpub. Pours a hazy straw leaning gold. A nice lemon and orange hop flavors at first with some peppery accents. Syrupness builds a little then lets off to a more light fruit juice flavor. Mouth is nicely bitter and fairly dry for and IPA. Decent IPA.

Bomber - pours a lightly hazy gold, with a small, soapy lace - aroma of herbal hops and buttered toast - oily mouthfeel, moderate carbonation - flavor of astringent hop bitterness, honey sweetness, fairly noticeable diacetyl - the hops get even more astringent in the finish - it takes a lot of effort to fuck up an IPA, but by God, they’ve done it (okay, maybe "fuck up" is strong, since I’m still gonna drink this whole damn bomber) - disappointing considering the other Left Coast/Oggis brews I’ve had have been quite solid - I now hold out no hope for the bottle of Tripel I also bought today.
