| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 3, 2007 Bottle. Golden yellow with a large billow head, nice lacing. (3+) Light grainy grassy aroma, musty yeasty note. Light bitterness, good does of sweet lemon and touch of orange that comes as a bit of a surprise, pleasantly so. Flavour is fairly muted overall. Smooth average palate is quite effervescent. Pleasant but very lightly flavoured - quite quaffable on a hot patio at Smokeless Joe’s. Tmoney99 (4783), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 17, 2007 Bottle. Poured clear straw with a large frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium sweet hoppy aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a small bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met. MrManning (1655), London, Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 28, 2007 Bottle at Chaucer’s in London, Ontario. The pour is cloudy yellow, with a good amount of floaties Nice foamy white cap as well. It reminds me of American Hops. Lots of citric piney aromas, with a subtle wheaty/yeasty flavour profile, alongside lemon and grass. Sweet fruity flavours (orange, lemon)are complimented by the wheat and bready yeast flavours. Very effervescent, bitter piney hops. Like a Three Floyds version of a wheat. Very enjoyable. Finishes tangy, crisp, and bubbly. Very good. Thure (143), Aalborg, Denmark
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 26, 2007 Yellow colour. Clear as a bell with a white head. Cascade aroma. Smooth mouthfeel with citrussy/grape notes. No wheat flavour at all. Light carbonated. Hasn’t got anything to do with a wheat beer, but makes a very nice IPA-ish beer. mhelgason (495), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 7, 2007 Bottle. Small fizzy white head. Almost-clear golden body. Aromas of vinegar and citrus. Flavor is initially sweet and finishes acetic. Short duration length. Light body. Watery texture. Flat carbonation. This beer has a very different taste/aroma to it (not good). It is a bit muted on the hops and the malts but the unusualy vinegar kick is prevelant. Actually the more I taste this beer, the more I think that if that vinegar was not present this could be an awesome summer brew. nick76 (2684), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Mar 5, 2007 Updated: Mar 6, 2007I’m not sure this is a Golden Ale/Blond Ale but it does not taste like a wheat beer. The aroma is citrusy, vinegary, wheaty, and yeasty. The appearance is golden with a medium sized head and small chunks at the bottom of the glass. The flavor is like the aroma with a club soda taste and not good. The palate is thin. This has to be a stale beer. Dated best before Apr 06.
