Aug 2, 2005 Poured a light hazy golden color. Malty aroma with a touch of butterscotch. Malty flavor and earthy. Would have expected more ctirus and I have said it before. I hate butterscotch or anything close. I think it was probaly from the earthy hops or something. Not really diacetyl.

Jul 31, 2005 Bottle. Gold with a foamy white head that bubbles up furiously enough but fizzles quick. Odd aroma. Wheat, yeast, citrus and.... Well. Spices, light aromatic hand soap notes, strawberries, and light hoppiness. Taste is wheaty anfd yeasty with lots of earthy hops and fruits. There is lesser berries, more citrus, light melon and banana. Body is medium with lots of full bubbled carbonation. Light chalkiness around the edges. Finishes with more chalky dryness surrounded by wheat, grains, citrus, yeast and and spicy hops. Light flowery notes as well. Not bad!

Jul 13, 2005 this is new to me, english wheatbeer, nice. smells fruity, yeasty. taste: hoppy english style, bitter, tart, fruity(grapefruit, citrus, gooseberries, bit banana), floral. mf is a bit thin and fizzy and dry. not bad. reminds me of plzen of brewery ’t ij, amsterdam.

Jul 13, 2005 Updated: Nov 28, 2005(on bottle)Never tasted anything like this before and not having had more than a few "American Wheats" it was hard to judge. For my part, I liked it. The fatness of the wheat is not dominated by the hard esters from. say , german wheat. Lightly golden orange, white head a lots of cunks of yeast; looked like a piece of ryebread in the bottom of my glass, even though I tried to be gentle in pouring. Citric and abricotic nose. Soft, very soft mouthfeel and a near perfect carbonation. Taste is of light malts and a twick of lime. No yeast flavours of any value to notice.

Jul 9, 2005 Pale gold with a small layer of white bubbles that soon fade. Honestly, this could pass for a pale lager with it’s pale color, low aroma and clean flavor(less). There’s just a touch of hops. Really underwhelming.

Jun 24, 2005 Pours a rich golden colour with a thick with head. Floral hop aroma as well as light clove and ctirus notes. The wheat characteristics are not like those of german hefes. This beer had some clove highlights but was also a bit thin, a good amount of bittering hops and crisp carbonation. When it comes to wheat beers I still like Germanys take on the style
