Hazy gold with a small, but lasting head that leaves some crusty sugar lace on the glass. Aroma of earth-spiced apple, slight citrus and bubblegum. Tastes of not-too-sweet bubblegum, whole grain bread, and citrus-grass bitterness. Light body is pleasantly soft on the carbonation, dry, and has some acidic tongue tingle. Very nice golden/wheat summertime brew. HarryFlashman (469), Chatham, Kent, England

This is a little crackerjack of a wurzel brew. Pours almost like a Hefe. Taste is less sweet though - plenty of citrus and quite a bit of bitterness, some hops too. I had this with one of my excellent fiery chillies - a perfect accompaniment! TURDFERGUSON (1606), Carrboro, North Carolina, USA

Pours a cloudy golden orange with a frothy white head. Nose is wheat, spicy hops, pale malts. Pretty easy drinking yet full of malt and wheat flavor. I’m really into low alcohol beers with a lot of flavor. I was quite surprised by this one. pleasantly. KnN (751), Greenbelt, Maryland, USA

The hops are the dominant flavor. There is a little bit of that banana flavor you get in wheat beers. A nice combo. LordCrabapple (83), Merseyside, England
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 11, 2008 Rather lacking in flavour, I thought. Drinkable, of course, there can be no doubt about that. I wouldn’t want to say that this is not drinkable, but I would prefer a good Port. Maria (6315), Thisted, Denmark
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 1, 2008 Golden and slightly hazy. The aroma has a surprisingly amount of hops and so does the flavour, where I also find brief sweetness and notes of fruit. The finish is rather dry, hoppy with a twist of grapefruit. tomer (380), Rishon Le Zion, Israel
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 24, 2007 0.5L bottle. Hazy lemon colour, strong yeasty aroma, extremly dry wuth some notes of grapefruit, carbonation much too strong and a bit unpleasant. Good with food but overall quite bland and boring. jerryballoono (32), Urgup, Turkey
